Embodied Education & The Lokahi Wheel with Claudio Marchetti

This episode is a completely raw, unscripted, and spontaneous conversation I recorded while in Costa Rica earlier this year at La Senda, a regenerative farm and Labyrinth. Claudio Marchetti is a Hawaiian primary school art teacher who shared with me the wisdom of The Lokahi Wheel— which symbolizes balance, harmony and unity. As well as how he has translates this concept to create embodied learning experiences for his students. Through it, he supports children in coming to understand complex concepts of our relationship with nature, honoring ancestry & spirit, as well as what it means to live in balance.
